• Driver’s License or Identification card
  • US Passport
  • US Military ID
  • Permanent Resident card or “green card”, issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services
  • State, County, and local Govt IDs
  • ALL FORMS OF ID MUST HAVE A PICTURE!

NOTE: If, for any reason, a signer does not have picture ID available, their document(s) can still be notarized provided that two accompanying persons are present who can act as “credible identifying witnesses”. This means two individuals that are each in possession of their respective picture ID who know and can verify the identity of the signer, and do not “benefit” from any transaction related to the document(s) requiring notarization (such as vehicle ownership transfers).
